Zoho Projects is a task management software, designed to complete tasks in less time, tracking key milestones, setting dependencies whilst carrying out tasks. With the milestones feature, users can create projects and assign end dates for milestones and due dates for tasks within them. Users have centralized access to projects with deadlines and schedules integrated into timelines helping to shape workflows.

The tasks module has a dependency view where users can identify constraints, organize tasks, assign subtasks write comments, and log hours. The Kanban allows users to visualize workflow with various parameters such as "Percentage completed," "Priority," or "Task List." Users can oversee time management by recording tasks in a central calendar making it easier to meet deadlines. The platform has interactive message boards to post topics, spark conversations, and increase collaboration with groups being able to participate in the discussions.

Build and update a customized page with the ability to create, share and respond to project-related content like documents, spreadsheets, presentations and video clips using drag and drop tools. The built-in chat feature allows users to discuss topics, share ideas and resolve problems in real-time, without having to install add-on chat apps.

The platform is configured to keep users updated with discussions, tasks, comment threads, as well as being able to post a status, add a tasks or milestone, and submit issues from anywhere. The homepage is where users can view tasks assigned, look at issues, and monitor active timers. There are timesheet modules to log hours for your tasks and issues, with a daily, weekly, or monthly view of logged hours. Zoho Projects is accessible via mobile devices, users are able to download word documents, spreadsheets or presentation files.
