Making use of intelligent scanning, Xpenditure allows anyone with a tablet, a smartphone, or simply a webcam, to digitize, store, as well as manage receipts. It was created with the small business owner or freelancer in mind, who usually does not have all the time to monitor business expenses and receipts. Xpenditure allows you to scan and store all expense receipts in the cloud, even matching your receipts to credit card statements, verifying every step of the process.

It ensures the date of purchase, location, and the total are detected by the tool and sent to the accounting or administrative department. With the addition of miiCard to the tool, users have an added layer of security, because it verifies a user’s identity against his or her bank account and ID.

With Xpenditure, employees manage their expenses in the fastest and smoothest way possible. Employees can take a snap of a receipt with their mobile application and manage expenses in real time. Once submitted, the expenses are sent to the approver in their company. Approvers can approve, reject and manage expenses on the go within the mobile app, which significantly facilitates the process of reimbursement.

The application seamlessly integrates with major accounting and ERP packages including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Xero, Quickbooks and Sage. Reports can be generated in XML, PDF, CSV, XLS.
