Xero is business accounting software that is simple, smart, and accessible online, anytime, anywhere, and on any device. It helps you to run your business on the go, get paid faster with online invoicing, and perform reconciliation quickly. Xero invoicing software gives you professional invoice templates that you can add your logo to and also lets you design and customize your own invoices.

Xero makes sure you get paid instantly by accepting online payments to be completed online via debit or credit cards, or with PayPal, right from the invoice. Xero features tools to automate the invoicing processes including invoice payment reminders, bulk invoicing, and replicating past invoices and inventory items. Xero provides simple inventory tracking that enables you to keep tabs on stock quantity by giving you real-time stock valuations enabling you to speed up quoting, invoicing and ordering. It also lets you attach documents such as supplier contracts to tour inventory records. Xero lets you prepare purchase orders quickly using inventory items and email them to suppliers directly.

Xero also lets you convert purchase orders to bills or invoices and also see purchase orders, agreed costs, and time and place of delivery. Xero enables you to manage personal expenses, reimburse employees for business costs, as well as snap and save photos of your receipts to your expense reports. Xero allows you to schedule payments and batch pay them by bundling multiple bills into one payment transaction.

Xero lets you manage your cash flow and graphs so you can see what bills are due for payment, and lets you replicate previous bills from your suppliers. Xero supports multi-currency enabling you to reconcile foreign currency accounts and keep exchange rates updated hourly. It can also be integrated with 500+ third party applications in the fields of inventory, payments, CRM, and many others.
