Easily upload, find, download, share, and analyze visual content anytime, from anywhere around the world. And since it is a highly-configurable and flexible solution, the Widen Collective is for marketing and creative teams of any size.
When it comes to video and image management, users can Upload, download, preview, tag, clip, transcode, share, embed, publish and analyze company image and video files. Tag assets for optimal search, notify teams with alerts, and download or share assets in any format that is needed.
With Widen Collective, files and folders are uploaded effortlessly with a drag and drop tool. Apply default metadata, categories, and security or use the guided wizard to assign hand-picked data. Use controlled vocabulary for consistency, and choose from a variety of field formats.
Map XMP, IPTC and EXIF data at upload and export content to XMP at download. Also, use metadata to define, describe and protect the company’s visual content. Open fields include: Date fields, Limited text fields, Long text fields, Numeric fields, Text fields, and Text areas.
