The customizable chat window provides you with multiple options for launching multiple windows. The options include; link to chat, chat buttons, proactive pop ups, and embedded icons. The customisable chat window also enables you to contextualise data and integrate variables into the chats to allow you to automatically pass the username and phone variables.

The triggers and automated messages provides you with an excellent platform for creating pop-ups that automatically appear based on rules.
