webMethods uses an easy to use user interface. The user interface runs in all the latest browsers and supports guided development and wizards to help users to create integrations.

The interface provided by webMethods also uses standard-based HTML 5, therefore, making it accessible from tablets and mobile devices. The sophisticated service orchestration feature automates processes or synchronizes data in real-time.

The feature decouples applications from each other to allow managing and monitoring of integrations from a central location. webMethods offers built-in mapping and transformation functions to facilitate rapid development of agile applications that use software and resources from the entire IT landscape.

The application connectors gives a useful platform for incorporating and managing files quickly. The application connectors also enables create of many operations and accounts quickly for each application. The light weight agents makes it easy to integrate applications directly with partners’ applications as well as to integrate with on-premises systems without the need for a full ESB.

The stages and development lifecycle facilitates promoting of integration flows and accounts from one stage to another. Through this, it is easy to implement a rigorous software development life-cycle process in the cloud.
