The first of its kind, this web-based and open source ERP/CRM platform features an HTML5 User Interface which runs smoothly on all displays and devices, including smartphones and tablets. The platform allows for deep customization, so users are able to tailor the system to meet the needs and requirements of their organization. As a cloud-based system, Vienna Advantage CRM works on both Mac and Windows computers.

It also features companion apps for Android and iOS devices. Vienna Advantage is offered as both a perpetual license and as a monthly subscription. It supports multiple languages, including OCR in more than 25 languages. Vienna Advantage CRM provides role based information and alerts based on documents. Get a 360° view of customers, by evaluating and analyzing all data that comes together in your CRM, irrespective of the functional area. Generate recurring invoices as per a fixed schedule, maintain Service Contracts and renew them automatically.

Control recurring Invoicing and Service Contracts by automating subscriptions and invoicing. Define contract templates, manage and review contracts within the system. Set preferred reports and alerts, get proactive reminders by the system of completed and pending transactions, events, tasks or activities. Use the inbuilt DMS to manage, route and archive the scanned documents. Plan, budget and execute campaigns right in the CRM system. Track results of your campaigns based on leads, opportunities, sales as well as the cost.

Vienna Advantage provides comprehensive reporting and KPI dashboards that can be created and configured by normal business professional without the need to have any coding or programming skills.
