Userlike’s chat panel is the user’s cockpit for delivering stunning chat support with user information and an ultimate chat overview. Userlike’s custom design lets the users adjust the design to the look and feel of the users’ website.
Userlike’s carefully designed chat window feels much like the major messaging apps that the users’ customers are familiar with, but with an own style that can be tailored to the users’ brand. Userlike also provides team management to organize the user’s team in functional groups and also lets the user’s customers choose who to chat with. Userlike’s custom chat behavior sets up intelligent chat behavior that fits the user’s goals and sets up the user’s chat logic with the flip of a switch from a proactive chat, forward chat, survey form to register form.
Userlike’s feedback also lets the users continually improve the user’s service quality with the survey and rating features and provide insights into the user’s service performance. Userlike also provides a Chat Butler which is a chatbot for website support and a friendly support bot which welcomes the user’s web visitors, collects their questions and info, and notifies the user’s team about the chats via Slack or email. In addition, once a human colleague becomes available, Chat Butler forwards the chat.
