To qualify to be enrolled in the program, at least eight years of professional experience is required as well as a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. By enrolling for the program, you’ll be joining an elite group of peers who possess depth of business knowledge gained through years of professional experience in a diversity of functions and industries. You’ll work with fellow students and the faculty to find innovative ways to employ newly learned theories, concepts, and skills in creating solutions to the challenges. Classes meet once per month on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at USF’s Downtown Campus over for a duration of 20 months. The faculty has developed seminar-style classes and courses that support and promote active learning in a dynamic setting across all subjects. The USF Executive MBA offers an experience-based curriculum rooted in sustainability, ethics, and collaboration. The program’s rigorous curriculum is focused on applied learning, leadership skill development, and a global mindset. It is designed to help deepen your leadership competencies, refine your business acumen, and broaden your experience in solving global business issues. By the time you complete the program, you’ll have developed values-based leadership skills, greater self-awareness, and become an ethical decision maker. You’ll also attain a functional understanding of all core business area including accounting, finance, management, marketing, economics, business law, strategy, and operations. You’ll also be able to analyze data and effectively apply analysis and theory to business problems and proposed solutions. This will empower you to advance your career as well as meet your professional goals.
