This program is carefully structured to ensure that students have the right tools needed to succeed in at each stage of their careers. This program begins with a 3-day orientation forum that introduces you to the program’s academic requirements. The unique lockstep curriculum sequence moves you through the initial foundational and functional knowledge before culminating in a strategic application. There are 16 required courses, two electives, and two free available to customize your study. As classes increase in depth and complexity, so is your expanding skill set. Successful leaders require more than in-depth business knowledge to excel. Leadership, strategy development, and real world challenges are seamlessly embedded into the Simon Executive MBA curriculum. This program features a year-long experiential practicum that provides framework for personal leadership and expands our professional development offerings. This course provides a framework for defining leadership that is founded on the concept of integrity and integrates this framework with your personal leadership strengths. Students are given an option to take a course in Switzerland during the second year of the program. This facility allows students to learn from European and Asian faculty and peers apart from letting you grow your international network.
