The UNC Kenan-Flagler School consists of over 100 faculty members who bring their research and insights into the classroom. Your cohort will help broaden and deepen your learning experience, and give you a core network of sharp-minded executives you can collaborate with for life. The program features innovative, highly relevant course content designed to leverage and enrich the cohort learning experience. Out of the three top-ranked program formats, you can select the format that best matches your both you short-term and long-term goals. The Evening MBA and Weekend MBA programs give you foundational business knowledge in a set of core courses. You can then proceed to select from an array of electives that will allow you to customize your degree based on your personal objectives. The Global OneMBA offers you a curriculum tailored for excellence in global leadership plus a selection of electives courses that provide you with the strategic mindset and tactical skills needed to thrive as a global executive. Applicants with a strong quantitative background demonstrated by previous academic achievement or current employment may apply for a course waiver. The EMBA program also integrates a leadership development forum designed to help you become a leader who can initiate change and drive business strategy within your organization. You’ll also benefit from one-on-one career and executive coaching in refining your skills and developing a career plan based on your specific strengths and objectives. This will prepare you for any executive role in your organization and beyond.
