It provides better insight into asset performance, gives a complete overview of contracts, insurances and damages, increases the life cycle of assets and makes it easier for management to make well-informed decisions. Better decision-making coupled with deep insights into the Total Cost of Ownership allows users to reduce costs and work as efficiently as possible. The standard Ultimo Customization Tool allows users to implement various adjustments in the Fleet Management software without any programming work.

One of Ultimo’s most important distinguishing features is the possibility to easily (without any programming work) manage, personalize and adjust your own application. Refueling module is standard with Ultimo Fleet Management. Reading in the data of fuel cards provides useful information. Extra possibilities are optionally available in order to optimize the maintenance planning of vehicles and to improve the invoice examination. Ultimo can also automatically generate periodical activities. This is very useful when executing procedural maintenance, such as maintenance routes and inspections which take place on a daily or weekly basis.

It is possible to determine, per maintenance model, when these activities have to be generated automatically. Import the mileage and defects to Ultimo by using an interface. This helps users to act adequately and to make decisions based on the most recent information. Besides, link relevant information, such as organizational and technical information, registration numbers, images, documents, (service) contracts, maintenance history, defects and damages.
