Ultimo EHS

Ultimo EHS supports the user’s quality, health, safety and environment related processes, helps the users to create more efficient processes and also enables the users to prove that the users meet important legislation and regulations.

Ultimo EHS offers modules such as lockout tag out, management of change and shift handover. The EHS Incident Management module supports the process of reporting, processing and evaluating incidents regarding safety, quality, health and environment. Default management reports ensure that the users can discover and analyses trends in EHS incidents, so that users can learn from them and decrease the number and impact of future incidents. Lockout Tagout (LOTO) prevents the unexpected switching on of installations or equipment during maintenance or repairs. Securing installations with a LOTO procedure is an essential part of creating a safe working environment.

The Management of Change module supports change management within the user’s organization and makes it possible to request modifications and to process them in a structured way. Ultimo EHS also offers the Shift Handover module which allows the users to create digital logs in which the communication between the operators of assets and other interested parties is recorded. The added value of including these reports in Ultimo is in the subsequent insight in failures, technical activities and operator’s remarks for the following shift, which could otherwise be missed. Ultimo also provides the Work Permits module which supports the process of managing and issuing work permits that is an important part in facilitating a safe work environment for many organizations.
