Crossroads provides access to all contacts, communications, orders, meeting reports, quotes, contracts and tickets. It let to assign, track and manage all leads and record and track them against partners, contacts, companies and opportunities.

Crossroads manage all of your business opportunities through complete and customizable entries, including sales processes and stages that affect your operations, and flexible catalog structures to make them relevant to how you run your business.

Creating summaries you can understand what the status with each of your customers is, so you can decide what you need to do. Also, you can generate simple quotes or more detailed proposals and personalize the document for your customers.

The Sales Dashboard home page will enable you to locate all of the important information that you need. Forecasts and committed deal summaries.
