It’s Accounting feature covers accounting functions including General Ledger, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Banking and Bank Reconciliation and Fixed Assets. It is able to import/export accounting data, financial statements and transactions for more efficient reporting.
Its functions on reporting and archiving data allow easier building of budgets as well as help users compare and analyze between budget plans easily. It can also cover multiple years in transaction history and posting functions. Traverse Distribution module provides organized forms to track and manage inventory with customizable fields that can cover unlimited locations. It allows the company to manage between stocks and decide on alternative items through an easy summarized view of inventory.
It tracks a details history of inventory movements and reports on patterns related to season or demand supporting the company in making well-informed and intelligent decisions in replenishing, marketing and selling avoiding unnecessary costs or losses while also providing great customer service. Traverse also has manufacturing applications including features for Bill of Materials, production line management, planning of requirements as well as managing routes and resources for manufacturing.
