TrackSmart offers features such as calendar view, time-off summary, time-off requests, personal & emergency contact info, employee mobile app, multiple time-off banks with carryover, time-off bank adjustments, detailed attendance reports, personnel reports, time-off bank transaction reports, daily, weekly or monthly calendar view, automatic & manual scheduling, time-off requests and approvals, easy shift swapping, labor law compliant break rules, detailed schedule & payroll reporting, labor cost tracking, mobile and tablet app scheduling, email & text (SMS) messaging and dashboard for team communication.
TrackSmart’s dashboard shows an overview of users’ calendar, with quick links to common tasks and updates from the member community and TrackSmart team. TrackSmart’s Employee Self-Service lets users’ employees make time-off requests and submit timesheets where supervisors can use it to review and approve requests — all online, and all without bothering users.
TrackSmart has a time-off Accruals feature to exactly fit users’ business’s needs where users can set up multiple time-off banks and manage carryover time using variables they pick. TrackSmart’s detailed employee recordkeeping securely stores employee data such as personal information, job and supervisor details and health plan details where users can also add employees one at a time or import them all at once. TrackSmart lets users create and save recurring work schedules to use again and again or lets users use Auto Schedule to generate random schedules, based on employee availability and filtered by job skills.
