One module under touchbase is the TouchBase-PPM which is an enterprise wide project planning & scheduling software. Its ready to use project templates and inbuilt ganttchart makes it easy to create & plan new projects. Its multi-level WBS (Work Break Down Structure) can be used to plan project phases, tasks & deliverables.
Another module is the TouchBase-Resource Management which provides complete functionality for resource management. Another module is the TouchBase-Project Financials which provides comprehensive financials functionality in the context of projects. It allows to create customer contracts with customer PO as the inputs. The next module is the TouchBase-Procurement which provides complete functionality for vendor procurement. Touchbase also has the TouchBase Sales Forecast Management which allows users to build sales forecast for users’ organization. The software helps users to define sales organization like territories, region and city to make a revenue forecast from both bottom to top or top to bottom. The forecast can further be divided among different sales people as their target quota.
The forecast data is then released and any further changes in it are incorporated using change management process. The actual sales number are then tracked against the forcasted and helps organization to make necessary changes. Another Touchbase module is the TouchBase-Test which provides the capabilities to build test cases according to product requirements and specifications.
