Tomatoid combines time tracking, to-do lists, projects, clients, promodoro technique and many other features all in one simple application.

Timetracking can be achieved by a super simple interface, highly customizable promodoro timer, notes for each time entry even when retrospective, assigning projects, clients and tags to each time entry, optional alarms or having a ticking sound, pausing the timer when you need a break and resuming later when you are ready to go, accessibility on any device since everything is conducted online.

Having to-do list, one can create new to-do lists with only just one click,recycle the finished to do when you forget something, filter to-do s by tag, project, client and time, inbox, starred,overdue, today and other dynamic folders, assign tags, clients and projects to each to-do list, set the due dates of each agenda so that you don’t forget what needs to be done.

Having projects,tags and client, you can manage unlimited number of projects tags and clients, pair projects with default client so you save time later, move clients you have lost to trash and recycling them once they have changed their minds, quickly checking how many todos each client/project/tag has, adding your hourly rate to each client in different currencies and integrate with all other sections.

Reporting, statistics and history where you can review whichever project took you the most time, which of your client is the most profitable, download all your reports either in pdf or xlsx, save all your history filter templates for later use, filter stats for any timeframe, projects, clients and tags, print all the stuff you require if you are old school and search your entire task history using full-text search. Data export and synchronization where you can download your data anytime, choose on what to sync and not to and sync your finished tasks.
