Tier1crm is a product of CRM platform which is committed in providing best solutions in the world of Capital Markets and Investment management and secure financial services. It offers solutions in Sales, Trading and Research; Corporate and Investment Banking and Fund Wholesaling.

Tier1crm in Sales and Trading allows foreign exchange and derivatives, provides fixed incomes etc. It has features such as workflow acceleration which means that key tasks such as logging calls, collaborating with colleagues, sending emails etc can be quickly executed using its tools with just a few clicks. Without launching multiple windows, users can access all relevant client information in an intuitive manner so it means that it provides visualization too. Also users, in order of developing strategic action plans, can view essential relationship data for clients such as revenue and expenses together with historical and planned activities.

For Investment and Corporate Banking suite Tier1ACE provides CRM tools designed for bankers, analysts and associates. In order to empower internal and external wholesalers to cultivate better broker relationships Tier1CRM Fund Wholesaling suite provides advanced workflow tools. Using its mobile app users can for example log a Call Report by voice as soon as leaving the meeting and the coverage team will be notified immediately and these notes are auto saved.

Event Manager is also available and it provides a planning calendar for special events with templates for meetings and customizable print-ready itineraries. Tier1ACE Prospector is data management and prospecting analytics tool for sales, trading and research professionals in order of increasing client intelligence, building better relationships and staying informed trading activity and ownership trends.
