Thinkwrap’s founder and executive roots date back to MONTAGE, a formidable entity which grew to $50M in sales with a team of 450 professionals. The firm specialized in custom software development and web integration with specific competency in delivering large and complex eBusiness solutions. MONTAGE was sold to AT&T Canada in 2001 and this same executive team was retained to run the AT&T Canada eBusiness Service Company – a wholly owned subsidiary. With its dedicated focus on eCommerce, the technical team at Thinkwrap Commerce has been able to retain and build on the lessons learned from every eCommerce project undertaken over the years. ThinkWrap has a habit of constant collaboration through organized lunch-and-learns , monthly “ Food for Thought ” sessions, a heavily-used internal wiki, and internal social media tools. These are all catalysts for the continual improvement and fine tuning of technical skills, eCommerce product knowledge, and retail-industry awareness.
