The Thinking Cap Learning Management System (LMS) targets all the user’s training needs across all the user’s training devices. The Thinking Cap LMS offers features such as unparalleled branding and segmentation, blended learning, learning paths, superior security and data protection, easy integration and single sign-on and rich reporting.
Thinking Cap is an LMS for customers that want to deliver complex learning material, but also want to provide that learning in an easy-to-use system for both learners and administrators. Thinking Cap is easy to use and to set up, but is robust enough to meet all the user’s needs when the users meet the real-world requirements of modern training and compliance workloads.
Thinking Cap lets users make simple choices about basic elements of presentation, rename pages and supply the user’s own terminology, where users can also have control over the CSS and JavaScript to define the user experience down to the smallest detail. Users can use Thinking Cap’s learning paths to define any matrix users need, including curricula sets, certification requirements, department goals, and job definitions.
Users can also use Thinking Cap’s learning paths for talent and competency management. Users can also build all paths and set up rules visually, without any code. Thinking Cap LMS lets users rest easy while taking payments online knowing that users are housed in a PCI DSS Level 1 facility. Thinking Cap LMS helps users keep an eye on everything with a robust system of 21 notifications, many of which users can select to turn off globally or set on a course-by-course basis. Users can even define the text for the subject and body and personalize them with “power tags.”
