Tempus Resource is a resource management system specifically designed to facilitate the creation of multiple, flexible what-if scenarios and to produce schedule and resource optimization suggestions as quickly as possible. It’s a real-time resource management software that uses powerful ‘What-if’ simulations to model project data.
Tempus Resource has an adding and importing data feature that supports a number of methods of adding and updating your resource data. It integrates with PPM tools that are existing for effectively assigning resources in MS Project and Project Online. The direct data entry allows you to supplement imported data or just lets you use Tempus Resource as a stand-alone resource management tool.
In addition, it has a raft of UI and functional enhancements like excel import, to get you up and running quickly. It has a modeling and forecasting feature that allows data from your existing resource management software to be easily turned into resource models. These types of models help provide you with clarity to your resource scheduling needs and you can also use it to make better resource planning decisions.
