Taiga is a project management platform for agile developers and designers and project managers which provide beautiful tools for making the work enjoyable. This platform is powerful because users can customize everything and have full control. It is also simple and intuitive, highly designed and customizable. It offers several products.

First one is Scrum which is an iterative and incremental agile software development methodology for managing product development. The product backlog is what will ultimately be delivered and these backlogs are broken into manageable, executable chunks named sprints. Each moment the team can initiate a new sprint and commits to deliver a certain number of user stories from the backlog, in accordance with their skills, abilities and resources. Kanban – the name itself consists of two Chinese characters and in Japanese it can be translated as "a board to look at". Project development can be divided into stages by using Kanban methodology.

Kanban card is like an index card or post-it note that details every task (or user story) in a project that needs to be completed and the board can be used to move each card from one state of completion to the next in order of tracking progress. Epic represent a large object that contains User Stories which can serve to group those Stories, and plan strategically across multiple projects.

With Taiga users can keep and classify a list of the issues and enhancements that makes up the project and then to assign the right person to fix or monitor each issue. It provides a wiki space for members project documentation. Also team members can create and define tasks to represent the work needed to accomplish a user story. It is a part of ecosystem which can be used to manage a project.
