The event-driven business rule engine synchronizes applications among mobile devices, web sites, retail stores and call centers. Initially focused on the financial services industry, today swyft’s solutions are optimizing the sales and service processes in a number of additional segments including communications, cable, media and technology as well as a number of services industries. Swyft clients benefit from increased sales and revenues that come from the automated efficiencies and increased user productivity provided by the Swyft CRM solution. Swyft’s Partners include: Oracle Sales Cloud, Good, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Infusionsoft, Black Knight Financial Services and Contractors Cloud.

This version includes all basic features and requires no configuration or set up. They can also avail the Swyft Mobile for $25 /MO. which includes additional functionality and ability to create customized workflows. Users can even avail the Swyft Mobile Management Portal for $75 /MO. which includes all features and functionality of full solution plus additional management tools but additional configuration costs may apply.
