SuiteCRM is a free CRM tool that provides customizable workflows and record keeping fields to serve as centralized portal for customer data base, account management, sales pipeline and contacts and customer support.

Access and controls of the program are managed through logins and customizable permissions. As data collection, storage and management is streamlined into its solution, SuiteCRM is also able to provide actionable information and meaningful analysis that help with marketing and sales strategies including building a sensible sales pipeline.

SuiteCRM’s interface is user-friendly and simple. Workflows are easily created and customized through its Action Module where users can label actions, assign a module for each action, run time and input a description for each.

Its Sales feature provides an overview of the pipeline and sales employees are able to efficiently prepare documents through built-in templates for quotations, contract renewals, and other documents that free-up sales staff from administrative tasks giving more time to focus on strategy and client communication. Templates and customizable features allow the business to have better control over pricing and pricing structure, while the robust monitoring of the sales pipeline’s different aspects ensures that leads are never missed.

SuiteCRM also provides a customer service portal where customers are able to easily report issues and file tickets into an organized workflow that ensures each issue is tracked, recorded and highlighted until resolved. The self-service feature also keeps support staff from having to log entries based on their interpretation of the customer’s issue.

Though the solution itself may seem already adequate there are also add-on features available for purchase that can automate other processes supporting the business including automated e-mails, integrations, survey tools and many more.
