Very easy to setup. I'm tech savy, but remember being surprised at how easy setting it up turned out to be.
Geographic Map feature, each of our clients for that evening shift are placed on a map within our snapforce system. the system then shows the us the best route for delivering each order. We also use it for client management.
Responsive, they have been responsive since I began.
I've been using for 3months now, and don't have any intention of not renewing.
I would say do your research. It is not easy finding a software, making the investment and following through on using it. I would say that it comes down to if you can figure out how to use it and set it up. I was definitely able to do so with snapforce, it was worth it. I do recommend them.
