The app’s easy yet powerful interface gives the user the information and abilities they need. The software automatically invites the visitors to chat, so they don’t have to waste time monitoring unresponsive chats. It also uses asynchronous loading which ensures it does not impact the website’s initial-load performance. The agents can focus on only those visitors who wish to chat.

The user can customize everything including agent photos, the chat window, and buttons for help, chat, and contact. With Snap engage, the user can give the vendor the artwork and they will customize their chat box to match their website.

Agents and visitors can share images and other files easily within the chat window.
