Smartwaiver converts users existing waiver into a digital waiver that can be signed at members location or online from any computer, tablet or mobile device.

All signed waivers and participant information are stored in an online database where waiver can be found in seconds using a browser or waiver console app. Also users can see how many times a participant have checked into the business, when and where their waiver was signed and attach any applicable comments to the participant records.

With Smartwaiver users can make smarter business decisions, because it got Smart Trends that gives an overview of demographic information and trends of the participants listed on the signed waivers. That way users always know who is participating into activities and when. Customer data and staffing information are also available. All information provides on signed waiver are broken down into easy-to-read graphs that helps users of getting better understanding of customers.

When it comes to increasing/decreasing staffing levels, there are monthly, weekly and hourly customer check-in reports in order of making the right decision. Information that participants submit can be easily exported or integrated using Smartwaiver directly to user marketing tool. Each time a participant signs and submits user smart waiver business marketing data base and intelligence expands.

All that participant data can be downloaded into a spreadsheet or can be accessed through API. With Smartwaiver’s RESTful open API, Smartwaiver can be integrated with users web based CMS or local database. All participant information that is submitted on a smart waiver is accessible including: Full Name, Date of Birth, Custom Questions as well as a copy of the signed PDF. When a customer opts-in to e-newsletter on the smart waiver, customer contact information can be automatically added to users MailChimp or Constant Contact account, ready for next email campaign.
