Skedulex is one of the most integrated programs I worked with in the Health Care sector. HCAI, Telus Health, QuickBooks, Esend, Microsoft Office, Open Office, Mobile App. This is a single entry program. all the modules are integrated from intake to scheduling, to billing, to reports.

Performance is great overall. I do find that the calendar is a bit slow as the number of appointments moves past 20,000. we manage this by keeping the appointments active in the calendar for a certain amount of time.

Skedulex customer support is excellent. You will speak with a live person 9 times out of 10. And I do believe they have the most informed support staff, especially if you work with HCAI.
