SigningHub is a platform which members can use for reviewing and signing documents easier and quicker. SigningHub has qualities such as: security, legal certainty, cloud or on-premise, interoperability, power with ease, true mobile signing. This platform uses advanced electronic signatures for delivering trust and security that customers ask for in a signing solution.

Advanced electronic signature is linked to the signatory, capable of identifying the signatory, can maintain under users sole control and it is linked to the data to which it relates in such a manner that any subsequent change of the data is detectable. Also this platform makes digital signatures legally binding.

SigningHub uses unique digital certificates (X.509 digital identities) for each signer and these are embedded within each signature that the user creates, hence it’s easy to establish who signed a document. Also it allows user’s hand-signature to be captured through various means like drawing on touchscreens, using scanned images or special text-font signatures etc.

This hand signature with the signer’s name for example or contact info can be stamped as the user’s mark on the document. When users create a signature a notice that the signature is created and a notice that it will be legally binding will be shown.

SigningHub uses unique digital signature keys for every user which can be held on PIN-protected smartcards/secure USB tokens /mobile devices – so under the sole control of their owner. With this platform users can choose public cloud, private cloud or on-premise. Interoperability includes digitally signing and verifying anytime and anywhere. Advanced long-term digital signatures can be created using any machine with any modern HTML5 browser and an Internet connection. SigningHub comply with latest EU eIDAS Regulations, with ESIGN act, UETA etc; it stores all documents in online library, adds signature fields, has email and mobile authentication etc.
