Settle is a browser-based workforce management suite, providing such functions as time, expense, and leave management, workflow, reporting and integration to enterprise systems, within a robust security model. Settle is ideally suited for small to medium sized professional services organizations, such as accounting firms, law firms, engineering firms, information technology service providers, and high tech products companies. Settle was originally designed to serve as the workforce management suite for SwiftRadius, an information technology services provider.
Settle offers time entry and tracking, for both projects and internal leave codes, tracked by employee, date, and project/leave code (or costing code), with mandatory comments. Settle uses missing time algorithm, to ensure that employees and managers are aware of gaps in time entry. Settle provides time entry reporting, for easy reporting and management of time, by employee, company, costing code, and date range and provides an output in PDF and is HTML supported.
Settle provides users with easy administration since once the database connection is configured, all other application administration can be conducted from the browser using 'environment variables' screen.
Settle also offers administration screens for employees, users, costing codes and user/role mappings. Settle is robust, has built-in authentication and authorization scheme, with flexible roles. Settle also has a roadmap with features such as scheduled 'missing time' scans with email notifications, time entry approval workflow, employee admin self service functions, 'my costing codes' filter, so that employees can maintain their own list of frequently used codes and additional reports, including time sheet and expense request report.
