It was built specifically for the plumbing, electrical & HVAC industries.

With ServiceBox, users can keep track of customer interactions, and help drive new business toward their company. All of the crucial information is tracked and reminders are set to help close the next deal. Service Box tracks and notifies when an efficient employee’s contract in a rival company has almost expired - giving user the chance to wow them with superior services. Individual job sites can be created, edited, and shared with all employees in order to keep track of maintenance work that was completed or make a note that work needs to be done in the future. Individual work orders can be synchronized with job sites and lead seamlessly into job assignment, scheduling, and timesheets.

Users can utilize maintenance checklists for consistency in the way they perform maintenance for their customers. When the work is completed, users can generate a report and send it to their customer. ServiceBox allows users to create invoices based on quotes, time and materials from the work order or use a blank invoice to bill. Furthermore, with ServiceBox, employees can log their hours at each job site in order to eliminate time-consuming processes and costly paper-trails.
