It has cryptographic personalized X509 PKI digital signature technology which guarantees signer intent, authenticity, and data integrity, immediate fully compliant audit trail display, certified non-repudiation of signed and sealed documents and verifiable online / offline for long-term archiving.

With this digital signature (PKI) any signed PDF document can be verified. Each user gets a unique signing Key (Digital ID) that is accessible only to that user. Signed documents are sealed and any change made to it invalidates the signatures. This digital signature includes unique signature key, signature graphical image, signatory’s full name and e-mail address etc.

The Secured Signing solution is browser-based for Mac, PC, and mobile devices and core signing process include: capture of handwritten signatures in multiple forms, uploading documents in file format of: MS Word (DOC, DOCX) MS Excel (XLS, XLSX) and PDF, position signature’s fields on the page etc.
