Salespatron enables users to easily distribute up-to-date sales content that sales reps need with a single click. Your content is stored in a single repository that lets you upload and use your sales collateral in almost any file format including PDF, PPT, DOCX, CSV, JPEG, and PNG. It allows upload of file sizes up to 100MB and provides unlimited storage capacity.

Content can be accessed on any PC, tablet or mobile phone, anywhere across the globe. Salespatron’s user-friendly interface allows you to effortlessly share any presentation, pitch, or any other file from your sales collateral with clients and prospects. You get real-time alerts that inform you the moment a prospect opened your shared document link and how much time they spent reading the document.

Again, all Salespatron links come with a contact form which pops up automatically once a prospect finishes reading a document or alternatively by clicking on the feedback icon. This ensures you never miss out on a potential client feedback. Salespatron analytics dashboard captures and organizes feedback based on documents and clients making it easy to follow up. It also presents the feedback in downloadable CSV file which can then be downloaded anytime from the application dashboard.

All these tools let you know how your prospects are engaging with your sales presentations, helping you prioritize and intelligently customize your follow-ups. Salespatron in-built live document presentation feature lets you present any document to multiple prospects with a single click. It also allows you to write and record mutually agreed upon meeting notes which all live pitch attendees can see.

You can also walk clients through slides remotely without needing a screensharing solution. Chrome and Gmail integration lets you browse through your decks, share pitches, and insert links inside Gmail. Salespatron also integrates with popular CRMs and other third party applications allowing you to easily connect with existing platforms.
