Salesnet, is a software solution that makes CRM easy by providing a friendly user interface and training for the implementation of the software. It is simple and easy to use and increases sales and work efficiency.

Salesnet understands that every marketing and sales process is different and so it provides solutions that are unique to each process. It simplifies dashboards, forecasting and pipelines. Leads allows for you to store prospective leads which can then turn into opportunities which in turn can turn into customers. Opportunities lets you keep check over all your active deals, the stage of the sale and its worth.

Contacts on salesnet lets you keep track of all your customers and potential customers and allows you to quickly search up information regarding them.

The accounts feature lets you cross reference contacts and keeps you up to date on orders and any customer related issues. The Dashboard feature gives the option of customizing your dashboard and makes the data available to everyone so that you don’t have to go through the hassle of individually sharing it with managers and salespeople.

The Reports feature provides box reports that can be used to modify and process data to your individual needs. To ensure data security salesnet provides SSL encryptions and data access is secured by Source IP restrictions and data isolation. To ensure the proper utilization of Salesnet CRM offers 3 types of training sessions: onsite training sessions, online webinars or pre-recorded sessions that can be viewed at any time.
