Redbooth is a task and project management platform that provides a single place for team collaboration – tasks, discussions, and file sharing. Redbooth is simple and flexible to use, enabling project teams and departments at thousands of companies to get work done. Redbooth features task management, collaboration, file sharing, time tracking, Gantt charts, Outlook integration and real-time communication through video conferencing and reporting.

Redbooth can be integrated with various applications that enable teams to perform additional tasks such as sharing files and documents with teammates. These applications include Outlook, Box Enterprise, Zendesk, MS Project and Evernote. Redbooth uses an idea called Workspaces. Workspaces represent projects. Within workspaces, the manager creates a task list.

Within each task list, managers create tasks. Every user and project manager has a dashboard to start off the day or return to during the day to look at project and task progress. Managers and administrators have dashboards that look at tasks and progress across multiple workspaces. Multiple projects require multiple workspaces. Redbooth offers standard templates for common project types and industry-specific projects.

For users or environments where users are not constantly on their Redbooth accounts, notifications are sent by email. Responses by email are available and displayed within the thread. This method is particularly useful for contractors or other non-employees. Users logged into their Redbooth account are pinged and can respond using the pop-up box in their browser or through their mobile device.

The standout features of Redbooth are its communication collaboration. With multiple methods, team members can instantly communicate and share—projects flow more easily and quickly than trying to coordinate and communicate using email, file sharing, and web conferencing separately.
