The contact and lead management feature provide the relationship history tool that enables businesses to understand their customers and what they need correctly. The contact and lead management feature enable customizing of the accounts or contacts lists, adding tags to sort, find, and value customers better, using pre-defined filters, and allow exporting of anything. The activity tracking feature allows viewing of colleague's calendar or displaying of the personal calendar in other apps and mobile devices. The activity and tracking feature eliminates missed meetings and late tasks with the help of Raynet CRM calendar.

The CRM calendar will facilitate sending of messages about new tasks, rescheduled meetings or customer inquiries. The CRM calendar also allows setting it up to email reminders.
