Radixx Galaxy uses Oracle relational database which enables it to provide an excellent platform for achieving a richer querying and reporting environment than most traditional systems. Radixx Galaxy provides a complete, customizable, and enterprise system that caters to the requirements of low cost, hybrid, and traditional airlines. Radixx Galaxy also supports code sharing, distribution, and interlining through GDS.
The main features offered by Radixx Galaxy include; integrated merchandising, ecommerce, global distribution, a call center, a travel agency portal, control of departures, alternative distribution, frequent flyer program, and payment options. The integrated merchandising feature provides airlines with an excellent platform for selling more than other airlines at all customer touch points.
The ecommerce feature is designed for modern distribution and merchandising that enables airlines to sell effectively while providing easy to use online mobile booking, check-in and modification processes for passengers. The travel agency portal provides an excellent platform for selling directly to travel agencies and bypassing the GDSs.
