QuickBooks POS is a platform that enables users to follow sales, customers and inventory effectively and quickly. Available in two versions, the Basic and the Pro, QuickBooks Point of Sale is created to bolster businesses’ customer service and meet their needs. It follows the customer’s information and comes with a variety of features to keep improving customer loyalty and retention and encourage repeat sales.
Quickbooks help track past purchases and has the software’s inventory management capabilities include price tag customization, inventory forecasting, inventory classification, customer orders, inventory matrix, kit assembly and back orders. The software has several employee management features such as the ability to assign security access levels, commissions’ management, employee performance tracking and a time clock. The solution also integrates retail accounting capabilities such as a sales audit, accounts payable and receivable and payroll processing.
