QCBD is an all in one software suite that is cheap and fully designed for quality management software used in management of the quality system data. QCBD cuts down the cost of achieving and maintaining of compliance to meet the standards of quality management. QCBD provides the following main modules used in quality management. They include; corrective actions, deviations in processes, control of document, non-conformance, management of products, management of training, and supplier management.

The corrective action module enables recording and tracking of measures taken to correct and prevent quality failures. The corrective action reports provides an excellent platform for satisfying international quality specification requirements to correct, identify, and prevent adverse quality conditions. The corrective action tool is also used for reporting the results of preventive and corrective efforts to management. The customer complaint tracking software provided by QCBD enables tracking and recording problem reports from the field and from the clients. The structure used contains investigation status, document complaint descriptions, follow-up, investigation activities, and approvals.

The complaint reports also provide an excellent platform for satisfying specification requirements used for documenting reports of the adverse product performance. The process deviation facilitates documentation of departure from standard procedures and practices, therefore maintaining an audit trail of approvals. The control of documents module manages revisions, changes in documents, and deviations ensuring authorization of changes and even linking of training records.
