Pyrus is a platform which combines request tracking, workflow automation, work-related communication, and document approvals in a single user-friendly interface to redefine collaborative work and streamline workflows for CRM, legal services, procurement, HR, accounting, sales and marketing. Pyrus offers features such as salesforce integration, Dropbox integration, Microsoft Outlook plugin, time tracking, invoice management, expense reporting, iOS and Android apps, multi-step workflows, task creation via email, Google Apps integration, task scheduling, GTD (Getting Things Done) folders, browser extensions, Smart Inbox, project planning, progress reports, single interface, business process automation and task division into subtasks.
Pyrus lets users set up customized workflows such as automatically requesting approvals, routing business forms or simply delegating routine tasks to several employees with just a few clicks which is easy to implement, saves both the users’ and their colleagues' time and lets users get back to actually getting work done. The Pyrus' workflow engine can be configured with no coding necessary and integrates with existing SCM (Supply Chain Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, and can be accessed online and offline through the Pyrus mobile apps.
Pyrus also enables users to track important tasks, even when not directly involved, and unsubscribe from tasks when their section is complete. Pyrus’ integrations allow users to create tasks via Gmail and Microsoft Office, upload files through Box, Dropbox and Google Drive, and start workflows from Salesforce and Ancora while Pyrus’ browser plugins show how many unread tasks are in the Smart Inbox without the need to keep checking for emails.
