To complete the Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) degree, students must complete at least 48 hours of coursework across 3semesters. The following courses must be completed so as to meet the core requirements for the MSHRM degree: students must complete a total of 16 management core credits and an additional 16 elective credits offered in the area of organizational behavior and human resources.
