Precoro automates multiple procurement workflows such as purchase request, approval, purchase order, and more, effectively reducing the workload of your employees, purchasing manager, as well as the procurement and financial department. Precoro accelerates the whole expense management journey and facilitates the entire purchasing process. The software comes with all the tools to automate purchasing management, such as requisition, order management, contract management, and budget control among others.

The platform also speeds up the purchase order workflow, allowing you to create POs, transmit your POs to your suppliers, and reconcile invoices to your POs and contracts among others. Precoro allows users to create purchase requests, set automated approval routing and receive purchase orders. Precoro’s vendor management module stores supplier information including addresses, contact information and payment terms, which helps users when creating purchase orders.
