PeopleSpheres was created in response to several observations:
The overabundance of HR software within companies. A typical HR service uses up to 9 different software to cover its HR needs. This excessive number of software impacts HR services negatively.
Employees can sometimes feel disconnected and detached from their HR service when they need to deal with different software to carry out different tasks and end up not using the software at all. At a time when the war for talent is at an all-time high, more than ever the user experience is vitally important
This overabundance of software affects the work of HR. Although software can automate many processes and thus facilitate the work of HR, having to change from software to software to obtain different information can be time consuming. When software is not synchronized with other software, it is very difficult to have global visibility and to group or cross data.
In order to optimize the performance of the HR service, PeopleSpheres’ integration platform synchronizes and automatically updates all employee data from the HR software connected to it, which in turn increases visibility, facilitates HR processes, and therefore saves time that can be used for other tasks. Unifying all processes, employee data, and information to generate reports and analysis means that data errors are eliminated and previously labor-intensive tasks can now be carried out at the click of a button.
