Pellio is a complete business process management (BPM) platform that lets you document, share, execute, and track processes to optimize business growth and streamline business output. Pellio enables you to create any business process in 3 easy steps. With Pellio’s rich text editor, you are able to add images, videos, file attachments and even HTML to any step in your business processes.

This lets you create process steps for invoice processing, payment, preparation of financial statements etc. Pellio lets you manage and share out workflows in the organization letting you maintain a central view of all your users. You can create departments, add or remove users, assign tasks, and set different access levels to your employees, depending on their company role. You can also assign tasks at individual-level or department-level. Employees can access all their tasks in the personalized dashboard and complete with step-by-step instructions to be followed.

This lets your team to work seamlessly as they are able to know what to do, how to do it, and in what order. Pellio enables you to view and track status of tasks as they are being implemented. It enables you to generate reports that let you gain insights on which processes can be improved and refine these processes to improve your company’s efficiency and understand your business at a greater scale.

Pellio also helps setup meetings in a professional manner. It lets you schedule a meeting in the company’s shared calendar and attach details of the meeting so that attendants can learn the meeting’s agenda prior to the meeting. Pellio is available for your entire team and can be accessed on desktops, tablets, or mobile phones.
