PayrollHero offers features such as Selfie Clock In/Out, Schedules, Thresholds and Resolving Attendance. PayrollHero is a time, attendance, scheduling, HRIS, and analytics platform for businesses looking to eliminate unnecessary costs in their operations and HR departments.

PayrollHero lets employees clock in or out by taking a selfie, using facial recognition technology to ensure the correct employee is at the right workplace at the right time. The users can create custom shift times, recurring shifts, block times, split days, unpaid days off and paid vacation days on PayrollHero's user-friendly interface.

PayrollHero’s Thresholds feature lets the users set automatic limits when it comes to the punctuality of the user’s employees so if store clerks clock in early by 30 minutes or less, the users can set those clock-ins to always revert to schedule to cut out significant effort from resolving attendance every pay period.

PayrollHero lets the user’s HR managers be notified before events such as overtime slip through management and eventually make their way to payroll, ending in costly mistakes.

PayrollHero provides a suite of analytics tools that present data in easy-to-interpret graphs and visuals, illustrating employee behaviors, company issues, and recurring trends about the effect of weather on employee attendance or the influence of commute distance on timeliness.

PayrollHero has geofencing tool where the users can define where the user’s employees are allowed to clock in and out, and ensure they are actually at the user’s company's HQ or whichever workplace they are assigned to.
