The easy drag & drop tool offers a compact calendar view for staff rotas, with the ability to assign shifts and send group email or text notifications. There is also the option for staff to access a portal to check timesheets online and mobile 24/7. PARiM has customizable absence settings so that users can keep track of holidays, illnesses and absences. There is also an option to set up holiday allowance for a company or individual.

Users can clock in and out remotely with various solutions available with real-time monitoring. PARiM's iPhone and Android mobile workforce management app, is configured to record GPS locations, as well as the beginning and end of shifts. The app is available for tablet and mobile devices, with a time clock dashboard. Notifications enable users to manage a workforce in real-time simultaneously.

In terms of security PARiM uses Amazon Web Services safeguarding data which is saved in a cloud. Automatic scheduled backups are set in place to ensure information is securely stored, with 256-bit SSL encryption protocols to keep connection protected. The cloud infrastructure is HIPAA and ISO 27001 compliant, transactions are registered with a log that includes IP address, user, and timestamp details.
