Outline

Outline is a digital note taking app used to prepare notes creatively and with more freedom. Outline is compatible with Mac and IOS devices. Outline enables for notebooks to be created for literally everything one can imagine from cookbook to any kind of journal. Outline has a split view mode, users can interact with several apps at the same time. The spotlight search provides information stored on outline at any given moment of note taking. Outline has a multi-touch feature where on-screen keyboard can be turned to a track pad. Outline allows for importation of necessary information from other apps like from gallery. Data can be exported from outline to any other supported apps.

Outline has a drawing tool for sketching ideas with a set of pens and highlighters at user’s disposal; one can handwrite when handwriting mode is set. Outline supports popular cloud storage applications including dropbox, box, icloud drive, one drive share point among others. With outline, notes can be secured by encrypting them, using a pass lock code or a touch ID. On Mac there is an additional feature whereby complex notes are simplified. Notes can be taken in a hierarchy, with a dynamic structure that allows for sectioning the notes, and they can be linked for easier navigation.
