Its interfaces allow drag-and-drop content authoring and layout capabilities designed for the non-technical user. They also allow administrators to manage their web presence while remaining seamlessly connected to each other. The software features a targeting functionality that focuses on specific customer segments with relevant recommendations and promotions. It also enables marketers to create and manage targeted campaigns with simple interfaces. Moreover, Oracle WebCenter Sites features granular analytics for optimizing web content, promotions, and offers. This functionality reports usage at the site level, offers tracking and reports on individual assets, promotions, and visitor segments. Editors and marketers are therefore able to build and deliver successful and persuasive websites while carrying out real-time analysis and optimization of site content and promotions. Using this software, organizations can easily incorporate user-generated content such as comments, ratings, reviews, polls and blogs.
