Oracle cloud HR Employee feature helps you to manage worker lifecycle, from hiring to termination, according to legislation and common global practices. It has a centralized system for managing employee information including personal information, benefit enrollments, and job positions. Oracle HR Absence management feature helps you define absence plans, work-hour patterns, and entitlements according to company rules and external regulations.

Oracle HR benefits management feature lets you leverage on a highly configurable global benefits solution that can handle benefit programs that make the company attract and retain talented workers. It has a self-service portal with a user-interface that employees can use in making their benefit choices. Oracle HR Business Insight feature is configured with complete, role-based dashboard that help you visualize, analyze, and drill down into more detailed information to provide insight-driven business decisions.

You can use the dashboard to generate reports using real-time transactional data and export to Excel or PowerPoint and share it out to various departments. Oracle HR Payroll feature provides pre-defined payroll output and vendor integrations that allow you to keep control of your payroll when outsourcing all or part of your payroll activities to third-party vendors. Oracle HR Talent management feature helps you know your talents’ interests and skill profiles enabling you to leverage on system suggestions for development goals and career planning.

Oracle HR Career development feature helps employees to explore careers of interest and their required skills as well as provide managers with tools to identify and close skill gaps.
